雾化喷头行业也称为雾化喷嘴，加湿雾化喷嘴，是一种将液体雾化后喷出雾状的喷嘴，而均匀悬浮于空气中的一种装置。其工作原理是通过内部压力，将内部的液体挤压进入喷嘴中，喷嘴内部放置有一块铁片，雾化喷嘴，高速流动的液体撞击在铁片上，反弹后形成直径15-60微米左右的雾化颗粒，并通过喷嘴出口喷出。因为雾化喷头几乎涵盖了所有工业领域，因此行业标称工业雾化喷头。

1/8jjau系列喷嘴与1/4JAU系列喷嘴功能是一致的，只是结构上紧凑精巧，干雾雾化喷嘴，适合空间狭小的场合使用。

1/8JJAU系列喷嘴的大的特点是一个内部气体驱动腔，能够控制喷雾的开和关，每分钟最快运行180次。

在喷嘴本体上有一个雾化空气入口AIR和液体入口LIQUID，螺纹接口为1/8，另外针阀驱动腔空气入口为CYL。

喷嘴本体可以与专用的迷你型喷雾装置配合使用。
