三角立体袋泡茶包的优点：
与普通滤棉纸袋泡茶相比较，三角立体茶包有以下特点：
1、在热水注入后，有空间让原茶、花草茶、人参茶、果粒茶等充分展开并保持茶叶原味、清香自然；
2、可多次冲泡、久泡，不损伤茶袋；
3、包装材料透明，消费者可清楚看到包内材料，让其放心消费；
4、包装材料通过严格的食品检验。
Triangle 3D teabag package’s advantage
Compared with the ordinary filter tissue paper teabag, triangle 3D teabags have the following characteristics:
1. After hot water filling, it has space for the original tea, herbal tea, ginseng tea, fruit tea to fully expanding and maintains the raw flavor of tea, natural fragrance;
2．Can be many times brewed、long time brewed, and no damage to the tea bag;
3. Packaging materials is transparent; consumers can see the inner material clearly, let consumer confidence;

1、通过超声波封口及切断,生产出袋型美观且封口牢固的三角立体茶包；
2、自动定量计量方式可以很容易在生产过程中变换填充物量；
3、采用西门子PLC控制，触摸屏操作：性能更稳定、操作更简单、更具人性化；
4、SMC气动元件、施耐德电器原件，延长机器使用寿命；
5、采用机电一体化设计，更换数据无需停/关机；
6、根据茶叶的形状可选电子秤计量或滑动量杯计量；
7、包装能力：每小时可生产2000-3000袋；
8、用带线带标签材料可生产出简单的带挂线茶包；
9、三角立体袋与四角扁平袋生产只需一键转换；
Triangle Teabag Package Machine
Features:
1. By ultrasonic sealing and cutting, can produce triangular 3D teabags which are pretty appearance and firm sealing.
2. Automatic quantitative measurement methods, can easily transform the amount of filler in the production process;
3. Adopt Siemens PLC control, touch screen operation: more stable, easier to operate, more humane;
4. SMC pneumatic components, Schneider electric elements, extend the life of the machine;
5. Adopt mechatronic design, replace the data don’t need to stop or shutdown;
6. According to the shape of the tea leaf, electronic scales measuring or sliding cup measuring can be chosen;
7. Packaging capacity: 2000-3000 bags / hour.
8. With the wire and the label used in packaging material can produce simple teabags with Seton;
