application

1、破碎剂与水调成浆体灌入岩石或混凝土构筑物的钻孔中，依靠本身水化可产生30～80MPa膨胀压，使破碎物体无震动、无噪声、无飞石和无毒气的情况下安全破碎。不燃、不爆，运输、保管和使用安全方便。

三、用量与用法

Three, dosage and usage

1、选型：用量为15～25kg/m3。根据使用温度，分为三个型号：

注：H——物体破碎高度，排距=(0.9～0.95)孔距。孔径、孔距应视构件的强度大小而定，头一排孔距构件边缘不大于5～7cm。抵抗线——指排孔到临空面的垂直距离。

3、破碎剂的使用温度在10℃以上时，施工后一般不需加覆盖物（雨天除外）。若产生裂纹可用水浇缝，以加快其膨胀作用。

4、无声破碎剂的使用温度在10℃以下时，施工后须用草席覆盖保温，可通入蒸汽进行养护。

5、当破碎剂在负温条件下使用时，施工用40～60℃热水进行搅拌，并须采取保温或加温措施，亦可采用一种耗电少、破碎效果显著的电热法加温，即在每个孔中放置一根0.5mm电热丝和一根塑料电线，将它们串联或并联后接在220V可调变压器上，将电压降至50～100V，利用低压大电流不断加热，以保持无声破碎剂浆体在40～50℃下进行水化。

6、破碎剂填充后2～3h内，勿靠近孔口直视，以防偶尔发生喷出现象时伤害眼睛。施工时需戴防护眼镜。破碎剂对皮肤有轻度腐蚀性，施工时需戴乳胶防护手套，若溅到皮肤上应立即用水冲洗干净。

7、搅拌：该剂制浆后使用。与水拌和较稠的状态为宜，搅拌后浆体要在10min内全部灌入孔中并捣实，一般1500～1750ml水配制5kg（1小包）破碎剂，搅拌成具有流动性的均匀浆体。

8、充填：灌浆孔应清理干净，不得有水和杂物，孔须密实。垂直孔：直接把浆体灌入，不必堵塞孔口。水平孔：制成干稠胶泥状，将本剂搓成条塞入孔中并捣实。

9、按“先四周，后中央”的灌注顺序灌浆。灌浆时，必须连续成线，防止形成空气夹层，浆体灌至孔口为止。破碎剂要随用随配，一次不要拌制过多，搅拌好的浆体应尽快装到炮孔内，如流动度丧失，不可继续加水拌和使用。

10、装填炮孔前应检查炮孔干湿程度，对吸水性强的干燥炮孔，应先以净水湿润孔壁，然后装填。以免大量吸收浆体中水分，影响水化作用和降低破碎效果。灌孔要分期分批从自由面往里灌，相互间隔4h左右。

11、养护：春夏秋季节施工不必养护，一般灌浆后5～20h可将被破碎物体破碎，冬季5℃以下施工时可采用40℃左右的水拌合，并须采取保温或加温措施，一般灌浆后20～30h可将被破碎物体破碎。施工温度越低，物体开裂破碎时间越长。

四、包装、贮存

　　塑料袋5kg/袋包装，集装成50kg/袋编织袋包装；吨袋；干燥贮存、防水、防湿；贮存期6个月。
