2. 蒸汽、雾化后的杀菌水在杀菌锅内直接进行热交换。蒸汽热量100%使用,能源零损耗,获得最大能源利用效率
3. 少量杀菌水快速循环,水温均匀快速升温达到设定的工作温度
4. 喷嘴从不同角度喷射,创造杀菌锅内流动的高热气流,从而使锅内温度均匀分布
