1246-02C -20/100C Pocket Test Thermometer 标准双金属温度计

The Cooper-Atkins’ bi-metal pocket test thermometer has an external dimple on the stem to indicate its minimum insertion point. We do not recommend use of bi-metal thermometers for thin foods such as hamburgers. The bi-metal pocket tests have a magnifying lens for easy reading and a combination pocket sheath with adjustment wrench made with anti-microbial plastic. Our 1246-02C dials have a blue indicator mark at 32° for ease of adjustment, and a HACCP danger zone highlighted in red.

The anti-microbial additive in the ABS plastic housing inhibits the growth of bacteria on the unit. However it does not protect users or others against food bacteria. Always clean and wash products thoroughly before and after each use.
