我公司开发的玻璃粉回收装置是一套纯物理机械结构的过滤设备，在不添加任何的化学物（絮凝剂、沉降剂）情况下，将过滤后的出水水质达到国家污水综合排放标准（GB 8978-1996 ）。

工作原理：玻璃粉混合液体通过水泵加压，进入过滤器，过滤器内有多个不锈钢和滤布组成的过滤元件，经过加压后的玻璃粉吸附在滤布的表面。而水通过过滤布进入过滤器的中心位置流回到循环水箱。随着玻璃粉在滤布表面增多，过滤压力不断增高，达到设定值后，机器开始反方向进水（过滤器中心管)，将聚集在过滤布表面的玻璃粉料反洗下来，由于玻璃粉比重较大，会自然沉降到物料回收箱内. 。达到玻璃粉回收目的。待玻璃粉回收箱内充满后机器会自动报警提示。
