Product Description
1. This machine is equipped with a PLC plus NCN module, and its program settings are easy.
2. Operating modes available: Manual, semi-automatic, fully-automatic, slow bending and slow core-pulling.
3. Feed and angle is by servo control and pipe bending is by hydraulic drive.
4. Program settings: 20 automatic feeds, 20 automatic rotary angles and 20 pipe-bending angles can be set for each mode and 100 sets of memories are storable.
5. During the machining, the touch screen of the mobile controller will indicate the present values of the processing of feeding, angling and pipe bending. In addition, single-step control, semi-cycle operation and full-cycle operation are available.
6. It is able to detect errors and failures automatically. It will automatically cut off and alarm failure causes to help the operator trouble shoot in case of any abnormal action or danger.
Product Properties
JFCNC-TSR Type and TDR Type 3D CNC pipe benders are servo-control units using bent pipes for hydraulic drive, feeding and angling. It is very easy to operate those units quickly and accurately. The machine has large-power bent pipe and high precision of three-axis control, and all the programming and input can be done on the touch screen, and all the detailed information are displayable in either Chinese or English.
