１） 本雾化器是为大型喷淋盒多流量设计开发的。
This Atomizer is developed for  spray which to handle large amount of liquid flow.

２） 其特点是气流量强大，1个雾化器可装多个喷嘴。活塞3点式高压（0.5MPa）作动时，可以防止气体进入而导致液体渗漏。
The merit is higher airflow, One Atomizer can supply to many other nozzles.                        Piston movement of this Atomizer is 3-ports TYPE.
If it is used by high air pressure(5kgf/　). It must add one more port of air for                   holding a piston to prevent liquid leaking from behind the piston. Valve sheet packing is used shock registrant PTFE TYPE packing.  

【２】         安装方法／Installation procedure

１） 必须安装在喷板上。固定时需垫Ｏ型圈、用Ｍ６ｘ７５螺栓固定（带弹簧垫片）。
Need manifold for installation. When it holds, put O-ring between them and hold with M6×75 cap bolt(with spring washer).　

２） 雾化器液体出口成法兰式，安装在喷板上。
Please change liquid out put portion of Atomizer to flange type for installing to the manifold.

３） 配管  空气侧           12Ｂ

专用喷气侧       6B　（排压侧使用　　　　6B）

４） 活塞作动空气回路必须使用3点式电磁阀。液压在0.5MPa以上时需要5点式电磁阀，空气请从后排压部进入。空气不接入直接使用时会产生渗漏。

【１】  操作方法／Operation procedure

１） 喷涂的空气压力设定为0.4MPa、液体压力设0.2MPa～0.5MPa。

注）喷嘴口径小时，有可能只喷出气体而不是形成喷雾状。此时请减小空气压力与液体压力之差。

Set up Air pressure 0.4MPa, Liquid pressure 0.2MPa～0.5MPa.

(note)If nozzle dimension is small, It sometime spray only Air instead of mist. In , reduce the difference of Air pressure and Liquid pressure.

２） 喷雾请先打开喷气再打开作动活塞阀门。
注）此时如果顺序相反，液体、气体回路会逆流。喷雾停止请先作动活塞阀门。停止时如果活塞阀门之后再作动的话可能会产生液体渗漏。

When you start spraying, Air pipe opens first, then starts to move the piston valve. When you stop spraying, close the piston valve first. If you do not close piston valve first, It may be the reason of liquid leaking.

３） 从排压部进入气体时压力为0.3MPa以上时，阀门垫片会缩短使用寿命。

When you connect air from behind the piston, It uses Air pressure less than 0.3MPa Valve sheet packing may not last longer.
