pvc-u缠绕管是以pvc硬聚氯乙烯为原材料生产出的产品，是倡导绿色无污染产品，使用寿命为50年。管材结构为双层平壁缠绕结构壁管材，具有很好的耐腐蚀性与抗冲击性，符合力学原理的工字型结构是产品的特点，环刚度可以达到SN16。

耐化学性：不被污水、废水及化学药品腐蚀，不被土壤中腐烂的物质腐蚀。

　　pvc-u中空壁缠绕管,重量轻：由于管材结构中空，在保持刚度的前提下，节省原料。同样直径下，单位长度重量是水泥管重量的1/8.施工方便，不需要大型安装设备，减轻了劳动强度，缩短了施工工期。

Pvc缠绕管,管材连接：通常使用“电热熔带”或“热收缩带”连接技术。管材与管件熔为一体，即保证了连接的强度，又可实现管道系统的零渗漏。本工程中采用了“热收缩带”连接技术。

PVC大口径缠绕管承插连接规定：

缠绕管承插连接技术还不够成熟，管道特殊连接时，如变径、不同材质管道连接时才可采用玻璃钢制作的插口连接件连接。玻璃钢连接件可采用带膨胀橡胶密封条或锥度插件。两种材质的结合不利于施工与技术要求，因此不建议使用承插胶圈连接。

Provisions for the connection of PVC pipe socket with large diameter winding:
The technology of winding pipe socket connection is not mature enough. Only FRP socket connectors can be used for special pipe connection, such as pipe connection with different materials and reduced diameter. FRP connectors can be made with an expanded rubber seal or taper plug. The combination of the two materials is not conducive to the construction and technical requirements, so it is not recommended to use the socket gasket connection.
