1.设备用途：用于灌注伺服电机定子，电容，变压器，点火线圈，和其他内部装有电子元件或线路的器件内。

Application: for filling Servo motor stator，apacity, transformer, ignition coil and other devices with internal electronic components or circuit.

2.设备采用活塞泵式计量方式，吐胶精度高，而且吐胶量和吐出速度都可触摸屏直接设定。

The equipment uses volume measurement method of piston, high precision , the quantity and speed of the glue can be set directly by touch screen.

3. 设备采用自动上料（真空吸料），自动调配比率，自动混合均匀。

The equipment adopts automatic feeding (vacuum suction), automatic mixing ratios, automatic mixing.

4.根据客户的产能要求，吐胶头数量可设定为1个、2个、4个、6个等,料桶可设为2个、4个。

According to the customer's production requirements, the quantity of glue head can be set to 1, 2, 4, 6,and so on ,the number of barrel can be set to two or four.

     5.原料桶带搅拌抽真空脱泡，真空箱内真空度保持在100PA内灌注，保证工件内无气泡，可提高产品质量，以及生产效率，并保持产品一致性。

The raw material barrels have mixing and  vacuum pumping device, The perfusion of glue is completed in the conditions of within 100PA. Ensure that no air bubbles in the workpiece, can improve the quality of products, the production efficiency, and maintain the consistency of the product.
