l  动力源为数个独立伺服马达，由连结冲床曲轴之编码器传送角度信号至控制系统达成与冰床同步运作之功能。

l  主体框架采用焊接结构，各轴均由精密滚珠丝杆传动，定位精度高。

l  送料系统可采用三合一送料机、偏摆式送料机或者采用双积式堆料架

l  采用PLC和触摸式人机界面控制系统，可确保监测运作中角度和异常状态之检测。各项冲压状态参数可经由人机界面输入、修改，调整设置方便，维护简单。
