SP Series Stirred Beads Mill without Sieve and Shaft Sealing

结构及性能优势：

1、转子结构：涡轮销钉；

2、磨腔构件：陶瓷/合金钢/聚氨酯；

3、研磨细度：微米级、亚微米级、纳米级；

4、研磨介质：Φ0.1-1.2mm，可实现微珠超细研磨；

5、无轴封结构，彻底避免机械密封泄漏及损坏的困扰；

6、出料方式：无筛网离心分离，出料通畅永不堵塞，无清理分离装置的烦恼；

7、实现分级分离、分级研磨；细颗粒物料被排出在磨腔外循环，被磨的次数很少，防止被过磨；

   粗颗粒物料在研磨腔内反复多次循环研磨，很快变细；

   最终产品粒径更细、颗粒更均匀、粒径分布更理想；

8、整个研磨过程，动力主要用在对大颗粒的研磨，研磨效率比传统卧式机提高50%以上；

9、大流量出料，可通过控制流量适当调节出料温度，对温敏材料尤为重要。

- Use of wear-resistance materials (Ceramic, Alloy steel, PU);

- Production of micron, sub-micron even nano-particles with narrower size distribution;

- Use of small beads 0.1-1.2 mm as grinding media;

- Sealless structure, without sealing leakage;

- Discharge and beads separation without sieve;

- No over- grinding due to on-time discharge of fine particles from the grinding chamber;

- Effective energy consumed on mainly grinding coarse particles during the process, and the energy utilization efficiency is increased by > 50%.

- Adjustment of temperature by controlling flowrate, especially for thermo-sensitive materials.
