用途：根据模具制作出橡胶鞋底样式   

特点：1.不漏压！不漏油！零事故！

      2.采用配件：台湾凯嘉油泵、意大利油环、久岗调压阀、OMAX电磁阀。

使用说明：

1.   油箱的油保持干净，以免损坏油路的配件。

2.   在开机时一定要先开冷水，以免油温过高。

3.   加68#  液压油显示油表至80%。

4.   先马达启动，按上升下降5-6次，再按自动。

5.   按照鞋模高度调整气缸高低开关和油马达的送料时间长短。

6.   调定件数，按自动开关。

7.   如发现胶片有时长时短

A.要检查译码器的传动齿轮是否有松动，齿轮间隙是否过大。

B.检查压辊两端弹簧是否过松。

C.检查传动链条是否松动。

D.进料时胶片一定要通过每一条过桥辊。

E.调整进料压力阀和节流阀。

F.如发现有阻料现象，按照上面7中的解决。并送料一定要平整进入。

8.如发现料有切不断

A.调整冰水合适温度，调整压力阀。

B.调整延长时间。

9.油压之最高使用压力为100kg/cm ,一般常用50-70kg.

10.活塞和缸套应保持润滑油脂，一个星期注油一次（有气泡时注油）

11.在正常使用过程中故障小，一般多为保险丝烧掉，操作面板损坏，电磁线圈损坏，电眼（传感器）沾粉。

  2. No leakage in oil or pressure, safe.

3. It will stop working once the safety valve is open.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.   Keep the oil in tank clean, avoid damaging its accessories.

2.   Open the cooling water device before beginning working, to avoid its temperature being too high.

3.   Add the 68# hydraulic oil until oil gauge reach to 80%.

4.   Start MORTOR, press UP and DOWN buttons 5-6 times, and then press the AUTO button.

5.   Adjust the cylinder HIGH-LOW button to set the cutting speed and time according to the height of shoe moulds.

6.   Set a specific figure for number of units, and then press the AUTO button.

7.   If found the rubber cut being long or short unequally.

A. Check whether the transmitting gear of decoder work nomally, whether gear space is too big.

B. Check if the springs at two sides of roller are too loose.

C. Check whether the transmission chain too loose.

D. When feeding, the rubber must be through every gap bridge rollers.

E.  Adjust feeding pressure valve & throttling valve.

F.   If found any stop-feeding phenomenon, solve it according above 7(D). Feeding must be put into in the same level.

8.   If found the rubber could not be cut.

A. Adjust cooling water to right temperature, adjust pressure valve.

B. Adjust to elongate the cutting time.

9.   The highest pressure in using is100kg/cm about hydraulic oil, the nomal one being 50-70kg.

10. Piston & cylinder linner must be keep lubrication by adding oil once a week (when bubble appears)

11. Little fault under normal use, it is ordinary because fuse burned, panel damaged electromagnetic coil damaged, or powder attaches to transducer.
