Q2.Can I get free samples to test quality?

A: Yes.We can free send you samples to test quality before bulk order. But sample shipping cost would be paid. Once you place bulk order, sample shipping cost can be refundable.

Q3.Can you imprint our logo on products?

A: Yes.we can print your logo on products.There are laser and silk printing color methods.

Q4.Can you do OEM package for us?

A: Yes. If you reach our MOQ 5000pcs, we can make OEM package for you. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images of your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to design them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

Q5.What about the lead time for mass production?

A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place order. As usual,delivery time of sample order is about 3-7 working days. Delivery time of bulk order is about 8-15 working days.

Q6.What is your terms of delivery?

A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
