一、硬质合金产品的特点
1、硬质合金产品采用稀有金属钨和钴作为主要成分，硬质合金产品采用独特的生产工艺，使产品性能和使用寿命与其他材料相比要更加实用。
2、硬质合金产品具有很好的耐磨性和韧性。通过低压烧结后，产品的硬度和强度比普通真空烧结的性能要提高30%左右。
3、用途广泛，应用于军工、航天航空、机械加工、冶金、石油钻井、矿山工具、电子通讯、建筑等领域。

钨钢圆环常用于制作五金冲压模具下模、五金模具毛坯、拉伸模，冷镦模，粉末冶金模，电机模具定转子冲头镶件，耐磨轴、钨钢轧辊、钨钢压轮、钨钢过线轮、钨钢密封件、钨钢分条环刀、耐磨件等各种产品。各种外径和内径的钨钢圆环，长度不一，最大外径可达800MM，毛坯可预制台阶，斜度，R槽，V型槽，R角，弧形孔等各种非标形状，具有韧性好、耐磨性高、致密度好、抗折力好，耐腐蚀，抗氧化等特点。交期快捷，品质稳定，性能优异。
