a. 根据客户提供的进口装箱单资料，整理出的进口方案；
b. 根据方案按照货物相关的海关监管条件向相关部门申报，备齐报关文件；
c. 整理报关文件，向主管海关递单申报；
d. 在与相关的海关审单人员配合下，海关审单人员会依据与约定的申报价值审单通过开立海关专用缴款单；
e. 根据海关出具的关税、增值税缴款单金额付款完成付款手续，海关盖章放行；
