产品介绍-Introction

BT-600 型及BT-800型自动连续介砖机适用于大规格墙地砖（如瓷片、抛光砖等）介切成所需要的条砖，可一次加工不同宽度的砖块，成品尺寸准确，割边表面平滑，也可以进行倒角。加工宽度从30mm 至 600 mm、 800mm，本机设计先进、介砖刀头主轴精度高，主轴端采用同步升降式固定结构，输送皮带底部焊接V型皮带作导向，确保切割砖块直线，切割效率高，加工效果好。

BT-600 & BT-800 automatic continuous tiles cutting machine are suitable for wall and floor tiles cutting with large size,such as porcelain pieces and polished tiles.All of these can be cutting into needed tiles; different width can be processed simultaneously with a smooth cutting surface and chamfering.The width of processing was set from 30mm to 600mm & 800mm.The machines are of with advanced design,and high accuracy of main axle of cutting head.The main axle is adopted of synchro-elevating fixed structure.The belt of V" shape was welded as orientation at the bottom of conveyer belit assuring cutting in straight line,is not only hight efficiency but also perfect.
