      多功能提取罐适用于中药、食品、化工行业的常压、微压、水煎、温浸、热回流、强制循环渗漏作用，芳香油提取及有机溶媒回收等多种工艺操作，具有效率高、操作方便等优点。可适用于中药提取工艺中的水提取、醇提取、挥发油提取并可回收渣滓中的溶剂。

      主罐及辅助设备凡与接触之处，均采用SUS316L或SUS304不锈钢制作加工，符合制药2010版GMP要求，因而能保证药品的质量，且寿命长。

The multi-functional extraction tank is suitable for various process operations in traditional Chinese medicine, food and chemical industries, such as atmospheric pressure, micro pressure, water frying, warm soaking, heat reflux, forced circulation leakage, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery. It has the advantages of high efficiency and convenient operation. It can be applied to water extraction, alcohol extraction and volatile oil extraction in the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine, and the solvent in the residue can be recovered.

Where the main tank and auxiliary equipment come into contact with, they are made of SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the requirements of pharmaceutical GMP 2010, so they can ensure the quality of drugs and ha ve a long service life.

机组特点Unit Characteristics

1、由于溶质高速溶出，提取时间短，浓缩与提取同步进行，故药材到浓缩药膏只需7-8小时，设备利用率高。

2、由于浓缩的二次蒸汽作提取的热源，抽入浓缩器的提取液与浓缩同温度，可节约50%以上的蒸汽，热损耗非常少。

3、溶剂投入量减少，提取罐药材只需加一次溶剂，在一套密封设备内循环使用，药渣和药液中的溶剂基本上都能回收出来（损耗率在5%以下），所以溶剂用量少、消耗低，生产成本大幅下降。

4、收膏率比传统工艺可提高10%-15%，药效成分含量成倍提高。因一次性注入的溶剂能实现大回流循环，使药材中溶质浓度和溶剂中溶质浓度始终保持很高的梯度。所以药材中的溶质快速溶出。收膏及有效成份收率均有较明显增加，为药品定性定量鉴定奠定良好基础。

5、一机多用（单独提取、单独浓缩、边提取边浓缩），结构紧凑，操作简便。一套设备一个人便可操作，占地面积小，节省中间贮罐，投资费用低。

6、全套设备均采用SUS304不锈钢制造，全密封管道化生产，既减少了环境污染，完全符合GMP要求。
