河北北山环保设备有限公司 3、Commissioning/调试 ■3.1 Preparation/准备 At each nozzle pipe the last 2 □3 nozzles must be disassembled and the pipe must beflushed with clean water. 每根水管最后的2-3个喷嘴必须拧出，管子必须被清洁的水冲洗。 Aftersufficient time (when the pipe is surely clean inside)the nozzles must be re-assembled. 在足够的时间后(当管子内部被确认已清洁),喷嘴必须重新安装上。 The Pressure in the wash water system must be adjustedto 2-3 bar upstream the nozzles.冲洗水系统的压力必须被调整到2-3bar(喷嘴处)。 ■3.2 Check of the Spray Pattern/检查喷淋模式 The spray pattern must be inspected in concern of:/下列关于喷淋模式的事项必须查 □Cross sectional nozzle opening area/喷嘴覆盖范围 □Direction/方向 □Cone formation/锥形情况 Not perfect working nozzles must be re-adjusted orexchanged.不正确的喷嘴必须被重新调整或更换。 ■3.3 Cool System/控制系统 The cool system for the spray system cycles must be cheeked with regard to thefunction.The required cyele times can be taken.根据冲洗程序，必须被检查冲洗系统的控制系统。按照要求的冲洗周期进行。 The upstream installed safety installations must be checked also for their function andperformance.安全装备也必须根据其功能和性能进行检查。 —10— 河北北山环保设备有限公司，河北省廊坊市万达广场www.bschuwuqi.com
