XTFW-15000数控立式现场缠绕机是我公司在吸收国外先进技术的基础上研制的国内最先进的超大直径缠绕机，专门适用于大口径玻璃钢贮罐的现场缠绕。使用适当的芯模，本机可缠绕直径4米 到15米 的玻璃钢贮罐。该机由可编程控制器（PLC）控制，，把所缠绕产品的参数输入进去，可自动完成产品的设计，然后控制芯模旋转与小车上下移动的复合运动，把浸透树脂的纤维按规律均匀布满在产品内衬上。该缠绕机是技术与科学的结合，诸如芯模的旋转、小车的上下移动、缠绕纱带的铺置等都是由软件通过电脑精确控制的。
