施工电梯专用电缆

产品应用：

广泛应用于建筑施工垂直升降机、吊机、港口门座起重机、集装箱起重机、装船机、卸船机、大型龙门式起重机、塔式起重机等重型机械设备的连接和控制电缆,

该电缆采用特殊结构设计，可作为动力及控制电缆安装在轨道，起重机，物流输送等场合。

电缆特性

采用新型耐油柔性专用外护套，可在-20℃低温下仍保持柔软，阻燃，

电缆结构：

导 体：多股超细精绞无氧铜丝，符合VDE0295CLASS 5标准

绝 缘：特殊耐油、阻燃、混合PVC绝缘

颜 色： 颜色表示,符合227IEC (棕、蓝、黑、黄绿)

黑色数字白色号码编号, 符合EN50214标准

护 套：耐油、阻燃、弹性PVC专用护套,灰色(RAL7001) 或 黑色(RAL9005)

在室外使用时必须事先说明。

额定电压：≤0.75mm 300／500V：

如起重机的使用情况如下时

起重电缆是一字型排列时

1、自由使用长度大于35m；

2、运行速度大于1.6m/s;

应考虑在电缆中增加承力元件，承力元件一般为镀锌软钢丝绳或纤维绳如芳纶纱等

起重电缆是梅花型绞合排列时

1、自由悬挂长度大于80m；

2、运行速度为4.0m/s~10.0 m/s;

应考虑在电缆中增加承力元件，承力元件一般为航空专用镀锌软钢丝。
