FRP冷藏车车厢板是由胶衣，高份子树脂和玻璃纤维热固化复合形成。是我公司生产的一种高品质的新型环保产品，产品广泛应用于高档 汽车、冷藏车车厢板以及净化、医疗、食品卫生等工程。产品可替代彩色钢板、不锈钢板、铝板、 PVC等，该产品具有强度高、硬性好、表面光滑、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐老化、洁净度高、不易滋生细菌等特点，产品幅宽为国内首创第一条最大幅宽(2500mm)生产线，产品厚度（1.0mm~3.0mm）任意调整，长度可卷装或宁尺。
FRP冷藏车车厢板主要成份：FRP冷藏车车厢板同一切复合材料一样，由两部分材料组成。一部分称为增强材料，在复合材料中起骨架作用；另一部分称为基体材料，在复合材料中起粘结作用。
FRP冷藏车车厢板的增强材料就是玻璃纤维。玻璃纤维是由熔融的玻璃拉成或吹成的无机纤维材料，其主要化学成分为二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化硼、氧化镁、氧化钠等。制成的纤维有长丝、短丝及絮状物，直径一般为3～80微米，最粗也只有头发丝那样粗细。直径为10微米的玻璃纤维，抗拉强度为3600兆帕，相当于在每平方毫米的截面积上能承受360千克的拉力而不断。这种强度比高强度钢还高出2倍。

5、阻燃性能：FRP板材阻燃指数符合国家标准B2级。
6、产品寿命：比国内传统产品提高4-6倍。
7、易维护性：修补处理后无明显的修补痕迹，这是钢质、铝质厢板无法比拟的。
