一、注意事项和安全警告

安装、使用产品前，请阅读使用说明书。

1、确保使用电源与机器上铭牌相同。

2、保持工作环境通风良好，干燥清洁，避免热源及阳光直射，各进风栅与墙壁或类似障碍物应保持20cm以上的距离。

3、机器搬运及移动过程中，倾斜不允许超过45度。4

4、机器运转时，电源电压应保证198-242V。

5、机器使用的电源插座，必须是单相三孔插座，其中接地的保护插脚必须用专用线通过有关途径与地面牢靠的链接，不得与其他电器插同一插座上。

6、除霜开关按下后，机器开始除霜，除霜完毕应立即关掉除霜开关（切不可长期使用除霜开关，否则会导致压缩机的损坏）。

7、为保证人身安全，请将本机可靠接地。

8、如果电源软线损坏，为避免危险，必须由制作厂家进行维修或由其他相关专业人员来更换。

9、机器运转时，切记将硬物或类似物品伸入进出风栅和进料口栅格内。

10、维修或保养机器之前，请务必切断电源。

二、使用条件

泰卷机作为一种商用制冷设备，它能在一下条件下正常工作

当环境温度，进料温度都处在允许范围内较低值，通风散热条件良好，供应电源稳定以及工作环境洁净，机器的工作效率及使用寿命都将大幅度提高，同时耗电量也会因此而减少。

三、检查及安装

A、开箱及检查

1、剪断并拆开紧固包装箱的打包带。

2、拆下包装纸箱。

3、去掉减震泡沫块，剥离套在炒冰机上面的包装袋。

4、请详细检查炒冰机外观是否有损坏。

5、打开附件包，取出装箱清单，核对随机附件。

B、安装

1、电器安装要稳固，以保证机器工作正常，而不发生意外。

2、机器的位置要有良好的通风散热条件，避开热源及阳光直射，各出风口与墙壁或类似障碍物应有都的20cm以上距离。

3、将机器的电源线对应链接好，并确保可靠接地

4、电源电压不得低于200V，频率要符合机器的工作要求。

为了您和他人的安全，请确保机器接地良好，所有外接线及电器应符合国家相关标准

四、操作使用说明

1、将泰卷机的电源插头插入配有专用接地三孔插座内

2、电源接通后，打开炒卷机开关，让机器先预冷10-15分钟左右，温度显示-26度或以下

3、将配制好的浆料倒入锅内进行炒冰机内

4、待炒冰卷炒好后，即可用铲子铲起来盛入盘中予以食用了

5、如果发现炒好的冰卷与锅体粘连，这时需要打开除霜开关进行除霜（每次除霜大约4-6秒），除霜后应立即关闭除霜开关，方可连续炒冰激凌卷

五、基本配方

基本配方：水果泥（或酸奶）40%   水20%   果酱10%    奶油10%   白糖10%    冰激凌粉10%    香精少许（核桃仁、花生仁、葵花籽仁、芝麻等）

注意：

1、该配方中，水和白糖所占比例已是经济型，若在降低就会影响炒冰的质量。

2、浆料配比含糖量不得低于10%。

3、通常情况下配制好的浆料温度为常温，若将浆料提前预冷，炒冰卷效果更好。

六、清洗、消毒与保养

机器第一次使用前，应进行一次认真彻底的清洗与消毒，具体方法如下：

1、将适量食品洗涤剂滴入2升左右的温水中，配置成清洗消毒液

2、将清洗消毒液倒入炒卷锅中进行清洗

3、清洗完毕，再用清水倒入锅中进行涮洗，如此反复操作2次即可

为了保证消费者的健康，提高机器的使用寿命，避免给你带来不必要的麻烦，请你严格按如下说明操作。

1、每天在制作完成后，先将电源关闭，再用清洁的温热水清洗机器表面，以免过多糖分粘附机器表面。

2、不要用水直接冲洗机器，清洗机器时用湿毛巾擦拭即可。

3、定期清扫机器内部的冷凝器，用螺丝刀拆下围板，用细毛刷沿着翘片方向扫下灰尘，这样可以保证机器的制冷功能不受影响。
