a)主桥平程经过上下，多层辊保护，形成多层结构，精度高，稳定性强，所有辊简上下前后经过精确计算

b) 矫平辊采用进口轴承钢经过特殊工艺制成，钢性好，稳定性强，辊简表面研磨后镀硬铬再精磨，辊简


硬度为HRC58±2%。。表面硬铬展。00.05mm:


All leveling rollers adopt exported high quality bearing steel,finished quenching and 


tempering, precious machining, hard chrome plating. grinding etc. Surface hardness comes 


HRC 58+ 2°(chrome layer thickness0.05mm)




c)所有的齿轮材质为:20CrMnTi，经过锻打，回火，渗碳，精磨等加工，精度达到IT6级。


All gears adopt material of 20CrMnTi,finished forgingtempering.surface 


carburization,precious grindingetc.coming to grade T6.




d)主要轴承采用带自润滑的原装日本进口轴承，既能自润滑又密封性好，所以不需要额外加润滑装置。


Main bearings are Shielded and sealed NSK bearing made in JAPAN,it can well reserve 


itself stocked lubrication oil and prevent dust enters, so it doesn’t need to 


addlubrication oil on bearings.




e)整平辊间隙调节方式:手摇调节和电动调节。


1)手摇调节:通过摇动手轮，使百分表数字化动态指示前后调节量，最终达到精准矫平。


Manual adjust leveling roller gaping: Just need to crank the two handle wheels in the 


guidance of digital display,so operator can crank the two hand wheels to adjust leveler’


s straightening performance


2)电动调节:进入触屏参数设定画面，设定参数可精确到0.01mm，操作方便快捷。


Electric adjusting: operator just need to set producing data in the HM then it can adjust 


leveling roller gap automatically don’t need to crank the two hand wheels and setting 


accuracy comes 0.01mm
