公司有四条全自动磷化加工流水线。每天加工量在250吨左右。
主要业务是磷化加工，锰系黑色磷化加工，锰系磷化加工，锌系磷化加工，达克罗加工处理。

影响磷化膜的工艺因素
1.由于工件本身碳含量的不同，或者热处理使碳在表面累计。
2.表层含碳量高，对磷化膜的抗腐蚀性能，和附着力都会有很大的影响，造成表面粗糙。
3.利用高精密仪器可以看出，工件表面含碳量低是比较容易磷化木的产生，膜层细腻一致。抗腐蚀性能好，颜色较浅，
4.相反表面含碳量高，不好磷化颜色较深，容易产生色斑，缺陷较多。
5.合金钢中铬原子含量小于百分之二时，可以形成均匀的磷化膜。
6.当铬含量大于百分之八时形成磷化膜困难。
7.必须采用快磷化，强腐蚀，抛丸，部分可以解决合金钢难以形成磷化膜的问题。
8.硅原子含量高不易磷化，膜层粗大。
9.锰原子在磷化过程里可以均匀的分部到结晶组织里，从而使磷化膜致密，膜层颜色深
10.含镍的工件经热处理后，合金组织发生变化，磷化困难，容易出现各种缺陷。

16.可以理解为，光洁度高的表面电位比粗糙的表面电位正，材料表面在磷化液里不容易被腐蚀。
17.所以光洁度高的工件，磷化之前必须进行预处理，酸洗，或者抛丸。
18.锈蚀的工件会影响磷化膜的质量。况且前处理后导致工件表面颜色不均匀，同样会影响磷化质量。因此不要用锈蚀的工件，特别要防止采用不同厂家，不同批次的工件来加工。
