前处理需要严格要求，因为螺纹里面容易有切削液，机油沉积在里面，甚至有一些灰尘，铁屑等很难清洗的东西，一般的除油剂很难清除彻底。
特别是在冬天更麻烦，首先，用植物油做攻丝油，这样才能更好的清洗掉。然后人工的对盲孔进行清洗，系出里面的油污，残渣。
可以试用高压水枪进行清洗。再用碱性清洗剂中和。

但是，磷化膜颜色根据材质，热处理和游离酸影响比较大。油很重会导致磷化膜不均匀，有花斑产生。
回火的时候才用质量差的产品，磷化膜容易变黑。游离酸越高颜色越深。
所以要想做好磷化加工，就必须控制好游离酸，总酸，酸比。使之控制在最佳范围内，才可以保证磷化膜的颜色。
工作设备：此工作槽体是3吨的槽，可以装2.5吨的磷化液，每框装500根据。
