因为磷化膜比较薄，不对工件尺寸产生影响，和力学性能。与传统的高温发黑相比具有很大优势.
高温发黑耗能大且不环保，防腐性能很差。盐雾时间只有几个小时。
更严重的是发黑前使用强酸去除氧化皮。对于传统的高温发黑工艺存在的问题，可以采用氧化的方法去除工件的氧化皮。
