我公司目前拥有四条全自动的磷化加工流水线。
主要业务有黑色锰磷化，锰磷化，锌系磷化加工，上海磷化加工可以为客户提供各种高质量的产品要求。
盐雾时间可达72小时以上。
外观膜层均匀一致，颜色可根据客户的要求来制定。

影响表调好坏的原因，除了表调剂质量的原因以外。
还有钢件本身基材的锰原子的含量的多少，对钢件的表调效果也有很大作用。
硅原子的的含量太多，可能加速碳元素的析出，不方便表调。
锰元素含量多，有利于表调。水质硬度太高容易导致表调剂沉降。
万一沉降的话就算搅拌也不能恢复表调的作用。假如用自来水配置表调剂的酸度太高，一般水的酸碱值在7左右，表调剂太硬，磷化膜会疏松。
但太软的水也不能使用，可能降低表调剂的性能，可以用自来水来配制。
使用方式的不同表面调整的效果也不同。一般来说碱性的表调剂单独使用的最好，两次表调比一次表调好很多。
就是预先表调和表调两道处理，可以提高钢件表面的活力，提高磷化膜的品质。
市场上所谓的二合一表调剂质量都不好，就是直接把表调剂加到脱脂剂里面的。
因为一旦脱脂剂加热到60度以上，表调剂就会失效，表调剂在碱性液体力会吸收一些阳离子，成为大的带点的分子。
带电的分子又会结合成大的分子团，分子团又会结合起来变成更大的分子团。
除油剂的碱性太高会影响表调剂的稳定性，由于表调剂在碱性条件下可能发生分解。
在液体里表调性能不好，表调剂浓度太高，磷化膜越细腻，但浓度过高也不行。
