主要业务有锰系磷化加工，锌系磷化加工，黑色磷化加工，高温防腐磷化加工。

公司现有员工200多人，具有近20年的磷化加工经验，做出来的产品外观均匀一致，盐雾时间可达96小时。
公司坐落于经济发达的上海市宝山工业区，交通便利。
严格要求操作过程
首先对磷化液生产厂家的考核，一定要选用技术成熟的磷化液厂家。如后对考核合格的磷化厂家的磷化液进行严格的质量工艺测试，检查磷化液的使用性能和操作效果。测定磷化液是否可行，最后通过实验来验证最适合的工艺参数。一旦发现磷化液质量有任何问题或者性能欠佳，立刻更换磷化液供应厂家，知道能达到要求为止。
对购买的磷化液进行质量检查，检查磷化液的质量，为了避免磷化液质量部合格，和磷化液厂家以好充次，主要是测试磷化液的浓度和密度。有时候发现磷化液存放时间太长会有沉淀产生，只有通过化验的磷化液才能使用。
对磷化槽的清洗，首先用工业用水在使用时自身清洗，清除主要的污垢，然后用自来水高压冲洗，使磷化槽清洗更彻底，最后用蒸馏水进行最终清洗。
投料，按照厂家给的使用说明书进行投料，向磷化槽倒入一定量的自来水，然后加入磷化液，测量磷化液的点数，如果点数太高，需加碳酸钠进行降点。使点数调整到工作点数范围之内，最后进行加温，把温度调到适当范围内，即可操作。上海磷化加工
